Billing stops immediately when either party terminates the session. Partial minutes are rounded up to the nearest full minute.3. Strict No-Refund PolicyFinal Sales: All charges for time spent in a live session are final and non-refundable. Because you are paying for the reader's time and immediate energetic service, refunds will not be issued based on your personal satisfaction with the content of the reading.Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical failures, dropped connections, internet lag, or device malfunctions on the client's end.
